My Fondest Memories of 2022 in A Nutshell
From writing to weddings and everything in between — discover all the highs and lows from 365 days whizzing around the sun
Age doesn’t always bring wisdom but it helps.
Not that I claim to be wiser at 32, but I do feel more content and rested in myself. And because of that I also feel more at home and excited for what’s to come in the future.
Life seems to be getting better, even if the world seems to be falling apart. And because of that, I’m learning to embrace all the ups and downs as much as ever, even if that’s completely paradoxical.
Perhaps that has to do with returning home after a month on the road and feeling all the love that the last weeks have provided.
It was a jam-packed month full of highs and lows, lots of hours travelling to new places, and meeting beautiful people that have become close friends.
Now I’m exhausted but I loved every minute. It reminded me of the last 10 years (pre-pandemic) when I was travelling the world.
However, as the year draws to a close and I feel the pangs of nostalgia nestle in my heart, I’d love to share a few highlights from the year gone by.
