If we ignore them, the universe will keep sending us people/events that make us look at them and it will keep playing this game until they are resolved.
A key sign that we’re growing is that fewer people get under our skin, we remain centred and balanced in the face of adversity, and when someone does annoy or hurt us, it is understood that something is unsettled inside and they are simply hitting that sore spot.
