Hey Patti, thanks for reaching out. I realise it is a little confusing and quite paradoxical. Since I wrote the article though Soma made full length tracks inside BIG so instructors can use their tracks in their own sessions. Previously, instructors had to blend and mix all the tracks they wanted to use to make a full hour long music set. But now it's much better :)
