For the canonical links and anything else related to your blog posts (photos, affiliate links, summaries, re-caps etc...) reformat those aspects to make your book(s) flow as books. Adpat each blog post to become a chapter of a book that flows together. You can add a few extra paragraphs to expand on each chatper or simply just a line or two at the end or beginning of each chapter.
