Hi Roxanne, thanks for sharing. And there’s no such thing as a dumb question.
As far as I understand, dopamine motivates us to do what we’re doing. It’s the driving force behind our actions. So I use coffee as my motivator to do the things that improve my mental health every morning. If I drink coffee before I do breathwork and have a cold swim I’m less likely to do it. I hope that clears things up :)
