The Different Stages of Breath
- Inhale
- Pause at the top of the inhale (before the exhale begins)
- Exhale
- Pause at the bottom of the exhale (before the inhale begins)
By changing the rhythm of our breath or extending or holding each one of these steps for shorter or longer periods of time, we can dramatically alter our state of being.
In doing so, enormous health benefits open up to us. In this blog we’re going to explore all the different ways in how this is true.
