If You Give A Person A Life, They Learn How To Breathe. If You Teach Them How To Breathe, You Give Them A Life
“When we enter this world, we inhale. We exit this world, we exhale. Between these two points is where we live our lives.”
As humans we are desinged to breathe. We don’t have to think about. It’s in our innate wisdom that has been handed down to us from our evolutionary line. It allows us to be in this world and it will happen automatically.
But if the quality of our life was measured by the quality of our breath, what is the quality of your breath?
By tapping into the immense benefits that the breath holds, we can tap into the immensity of existence itself. Once we feel the immensity of existence itself, we often marvel that we are that immense too.
Seperation dissapears.
Once this is felt we see the truest essence of who we really are.
To paraphrase Jesus, “If you give a person a fish, you feed them for a day. If you teach them how to fish, you feed them for life.”
The message hasn’t changed, and it stands the test of time.
So then, in your daily life which way do you to tend to lean? Do you feed yourself for a day or do you do things that feed you for a life? Do you feed others…
