I also feel the cold! It takes time to adjust for sure. I remember jumping in the ocean here in South Africa for the first time and squealing. Now, I kind of love it.
As for skin cancer - my thoughts are that breathing exercises help to elevate our emotions and this can slowly change the mind which can help us heal. But it's the combination of both that change how our genes express themselves. It takes time, though, and consistency. But there's incredible stories from the Butekyo clinic, Wim Hof, and Dr. Joe Dispenza that shows what's possible :)
